Zoya Akhtar's upcoming film, The Archies is a Hindi-Urdu adaptation of the internationally renowned Archie Comics. The Archie Comic squad includes Veronica, Betty, Reggie and Jughead.

The upcoming film stars Suhana Khan, Agastya Nanda, Aditi Dot, Khushi Kapoor, Mihir Ahuja, Vedang Raina and Yuvraj Menda. Amitabh Bachchan's grandson Agastya Nanda essays the role of Archie whereas Suhana Khan and Khushi Kapoor play the character of Veronica and Betty respectively.

Netflix shared the first glimpse of the much awaited film, and captioned it as "Grab your picnic baskets and pick out your cutest outfits, we're going to greet the Archie's gang. Presenting the cast of THE ARCHIES, a Zoya Akhtar film. Sharing a teaser of sorts, introducing us to other characters from the film, the makers wrote: "The sun is out, the news is out! Come meet your new friends. Presenting to you the cast of The Archies, directed by the fantastic Zoya Akhtar."

The film is set to release on May 14th, 2023 on the streaming platform Netflix. Needless to say, the film is showered with love and can't wait to see what's in store.
