Global stardom is on the cards for Bollywood actress
Alia Bhatt as she has been announced as the Indian global ambassador for the Italian luxury fashion house Gucci. This comes after her glorious maiden appearance at the biggest fashion night Met Gala 2023.

Alia Bhatt To Attend Gucci's Cruise 2023 Show
The critically acclaimed star whose performance in the Oscar winner RRR has been the talk of the town across the world, Alia has recently started to enjoy the taste of success. Now, the actress is also venturing into the world of luxury fashion.
She will be attending her first show with Gucci in their upcoming Cruise 2024 in Seoul. The show will mark the mega luxury house's 25 years in the country. The Brahmasta actress will be joining the already popular Gucci ambassadors from different parts of the world. Some of the top names are Dakota Johnson, Hanni from the K-pop group New Jeans and Harry Styles.
Apart from Alia, only a handful of Indian actresses have tasted global superstardom. Two prominent names from Bollywood would be Deepika Padukone and
Priyanka Chopra. While one has been announced as the global ambassador for yet another luxury fashion house Louis Vuitton, the Citadel actress is conquering both Hollywood and Bollywood, one project at a time.
This immense move from the luxury giant Gucci, given the suit of competitors, is creating a shift in the industry. With Gucci roping in Alia Bhatt, it shows how the perception of Indian talent is changing and being taken seriously.

This year's Met Gala saw some Indian celebrities swaying and slaying on the cream carpet. One of them was
Prabal Guring's muse, Alia Bhatt. Drenched in a white silk gown with thousands of hand-embellished pearls, the actress looked breathtaking as she paid homage to the legendary German designer Kal Lagerfeld.
On the work front, Alia will be seen next in Karan Johar's Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahaani alongside Ranveer Singh. The movie marks the filmmaker's directorial comeback. She also has her big Hollywood debut Heart Of Stones which also features Gal Gadot and Jamie Dornan.
