Shahid Kapoor, Shraddha Kapoor snapped at Batti Gul Meter Chalu Trailer Launch

Directed by Shree Narayan Singh with music by Anu Malik, the film releases on September 21st, 2018.

The film also stars Divyendu Sharma and Yami Gautam as friend Karan Tiwari and an opposition lawyer respectively. .

Shraddha Kapoor plays Lalita Nautiyal, who is a head-strong individual.

Shahid Kapoor plays the role of Vimal Bisht, a boy from Uttarakhand, who takes up the cause of electricity theft after his friend commits suicide owing to his inability to pay up the electricity bill.
