A Bengali rock band formed in Kolkata, Fossils is considered one of the pioneering rock acts in Kolkatas Bengali music scene.

Avial, the only band selected to represent India at the World Music Festival in Mauritius featuring 40 rock bands from around the world, dabble in Malayalam alternative rock.

Agnees music is a collective of individual styles of composing and performing. Comprising of Koko on bass and Mohan Kannan on vocals, this Pune band has emerged to now feature in mainstream films.
