Kunal Kemmu: Five Must-Watch Performances of the Lootcase Actor

Right after the warm reception he received for 'Kalank', Kunal went full-throttle as a villain in director Mohit Suri's 'Malang'. Playing a police officer Michael Rodrigues who commits rape in order to overcome his inability to perform in bed, Kunal also developed a rip-roaring physique which won a lot of admiration and appreciation from fitness enthusiasts.

As the cold-hearted political aspirant Abdul Khan, who backstabs his friend eventually, Kunal embraced his first ever negative role and emerged as the only noticeable performance in an otherwise damp squib.

Undoubtedly, one of Kunal's most memorable performances, the actor was an absolute hoot as Hardik in Raj and DK's zombie flick. Watch out for the dumb charades scene that he engages in with his co-star and real-life brother-in-law Saif Ali Khan, who plays Boris, a Russian Mafioso. Youre bound to be left chuckling.

The second venture of directorial duo Raj and DK, Kunal displayed his ability to perform action and comedy together as Sachin, a small time crook in '99'.

Following his stellar debut in 'Kalyug', Kunal delivered a heartfelt performance as Silsila, the manager of ragpickers and beggars that rule the traffic signal of a Mumbai street, in director Madhur Bhandarkar's National-Award winning film. His character proved his mettle in being able to sport films that were made against the formula, back in 2007.

Since his debut in 2005's 'Kalyug', actor Kunal Kemmu has emerged as one of the most dependable actors who can make his presence felt, despite being placed in the midst of fine ensemble casts. Dabbling in between action, romance and comedy, the actor has left an indelible impression in films and OTT content.
