Deepika joined by Laxmi Agarwal at the Chhapaak Title Song Launch

The films music has been composed by the winning trio of Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy. The title track has been sung by Arijit Singh.

The haunting lyrics of the song have been penned by the legendary Gulzar sahab.

The event was compered by Vikrant Massey who plays Amol, Maltis partner and an activist/journalist.

The story of Chhapaak is based on Laxmis life following a brutal acid attack at the age of 15. Deepika plays Malti, a young student whose life changes forever in a splash.
