Shocking! When Poonam Pandey Accused Raj Kundra of Fraud

Raj Kundra is not new to controversies. He has been accused by multiple actresses of fraud and manipulation when his company used their videos without consent. There was also an earlier feud with his ex-wife, who had made certain allegations against him.

In 2021, adult actress Poonam Pandey accused Raj Kundra of cheating on her professionally. She revealed details of how he and his associates are involved in manipulation, theft, and fraud.

In an interview given in 2021, she revealed, "When I signed an MOU with them, which lasted for a month, it became clear that they were cheating and were extremely unprofessional. I terminated my contract with immediate effect. Getting into a professional collaboration with these people was the biggest mistake I made in my life."

Calling them frauds, Poonam Pandey said that because of them, her life became an open book that caused her quite a lot of trauma. She even regretted sharing her personal details with the team, as they used them for the wrong reasons. She even said that Raj Kundra's associates hacked into her account.

During this time, Raj Kundra was accused by some other actresses who felt violated when his company used videos of their private parts and didn't cut them. Raj Kundra was arrested by Mumbai Police in the same year for this. He was involved in making and publishing pornographic content on his app. After some initial actresses spoke against him, many more joined to tell their shocking stories.

Raj Kundra later got bail from the court and was released after some months in prison. He is the husband of actress Shilpa Shetty.

One year after coming out of prison, Raj Kundra tweeted, "One Year Today released from #ArthurRoad. Its a matter of time Justice will be served! The truth will be out soon! Thank you well-wishers and a bigger thank you to the trollers you make me stronger."

He has come up with a film on the entire experience of going to prison, titled 'UT69'. The trailer for the film was released on Wednesday. It is set to be released on November 3.
