What: Deepika to replace Priyanka in ‘Don 3’?

While Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra have worked amicably on the sets of 'Bajirao Mastani' while maintaining a great off-screen camaraderie, things seem to be suggesting otherwise as DP might replace PC in 'Don 3'.It seems as Shah Rukh Khan has personally requested producers Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani to cast Deepika in place of Priyanka. While SRK maintains his request basis on the chemistry and box-office success he shares with Deepika, most industry insiders and analysts would look at it as a way of keeping gossip mongers quiet.For those not in the know, during the filming and promotions of 'Don 2', matters got steamy between Khan and PC, who were rumoured to be having an affair. With speculations surfacing every now and then, the two stopped being spotted together and their last public appearance was at PC's father's funeral.SRK feels that Deepika is a good fit since the two have delivered consecutive hits with 'Om Shanti Om', 'Chennai Express' and 'Happy New Year'.While Priyanka is currently shooting for the third season of 'Quantico', Deepika is in the midst of troubled waters over the raging outrage against her film 'Padmavati' that also stars Ranveer Singh and Shahid Kapoor.
