Vijay Varma On Hate For Darlings: His Witty Message Is A Tight Slap On Every Troll

Alia Bhatt and Vijay Varma starrer Darlings received good reviews from netizens. However, a section of the internet had recently demanded the Netflix original to be boycotted, stating that moving is allegedly promoting and normalizing domestic violence.
Darlings actor Vijay Varma who portrayed Alia's abusive husband in the movie got a huge fan base after the film's release for his acting.
Reacting to all the hate and derogatory comments, the actor took to Instagram and shared a series of behind-the-scenes pictures online. The caption read, "Hamza is sick of reading all the online hate he's getting."

On the trolls and negative comments, Shefali Shah, who portrayed Alia's mother in the movie also shared her views and said, "I don't want to dignify this with a comment."
In an interview, Alia Bhatt said, "I am okay with making a mistake. Nowadays, you are getting trolled for sneezing, breathing, or getting out of a car. So am I worried about that? No. Not at all. Am I worried about making a mistake? No. Not at all because if I don't make a mistake, how am I going to learn? Or how am I going to question?'
Now streaming on Netflix, Darlings also marked Alia's debut as a producer with her production house Eternal Sunshine Productions.
