Sooraj Pancholi-Jiah Khan`s CBI Court Order Out, Reads "She Could`ve Walked Out Of The Relationship"

The long pending Jiah Khan suicide case finally got its verdict after almost a decade. The actress who was allegedly involved in a romantic relationship with her former boyfriend and actor Sooraj Pancholi committed suicide and stated his violent behavior as the major reason behind her death. While the star kid was charged with abetment, the recent judgment released Sooraj on the grounds of 'paucity of evidence' in the case.

In layman's language, the Special Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) did not find enough evidence on Sooraj Pancholi had killed Jiah Khan. Recently, right after the final verdict was announced, the court order CBI was leaked, and what it read will shock you.

CBI Court Order on Jiah Khan Suicide Case

The court order clearly states that Jiah Khan's death was an unfortunate event but the deceased was a victim of her own emotions. She was in love with Sooraj Pancholi, so much so, that she couldn't walk out of the violent relationship when she could have.

The court order read, 'The deceased could have always walked out of the relationship. However, she could not overcome her sentiments and her love for the accused for which the accused cannot be held responsible.'

The order copy further stated that at the time of their relationship, Sooraj was also pursuing acting and because of this, he wasn't able to devote much time to the Nishabd actress. However, when there was a situation when Jiah tried to commit suicide before and it was Sooraj who saved her.

'He had helped her come out of depression,' read the copy of the CBI court order.

Sooraj Pancholi Celebrates His Win

After being acquitted in the most controversial case, Sooraj Pancholi visited Delhi's Gurudwara Bangla Sahib to seek blessings. He took to Instagram and shared pictures where the actor can be seen standing outside the Gurudwara.
