Sanju: One Man Many Lives, and Ranbir Kapoor plays Sanjay Dutt, in all his glory

Love him, or hate him, but the life of Sanjay Dutt has fascinated millions of fans and cynics who've followed him closely. Coming from a family including film legends Nargis Dutt and Sunil Dutt, the pressure of achieving stardom was always immense, but succumbing one's self to drugs, women and to speculations of being involved in terrorist activities made Sanjay's career, an unparalleled roller-coaster.After many months of speculation, director Rajkumar Hirani, who has worked with Dutt on the 'Munnabhai' franchise and is also a close friend, finally revealed the teaser and the title of the much-awaited biopic on Tuesday afternoon.Titled 'Sanju', the film sees current heartthrob Ranbir Kapoor don the many shades of the enigmatic man, who has always made news for the right and wrong reasons. The transformation of Kapoor as Dutt is phenomenal that it's hard to tell the difference.The rest of the cast includes Paresh Rawal and Manisha Koirala, who will be seen playing Sanjay's parents, the late Sunil Dutt and Nargis respectively. Besides them, the ensemble will also see Anushka Sharma, Sonam Kapoor, Dia Mirza, Vicky Kaushal, Jim Sarbh and Karishma Tanna in key roles.Produced by Fox Star Studios and Vidhu Vinod Chopra Films, 'Sanju' releases on June 29, 2018.Watch the teaser below.
