Rubbishing rumours of OTT release, Sooryavanshi and 83 to gear up for theatrical runs

Following widespread trolling and rumours speculating an OTT release for 2020's most awaited film, 'Sooryavanshi' and '83', Reliance Entertainment, a key stakeholder on both films issued a tweet clarifying that both film will release on Diwali and Christmas as expected in cinema halls.'We are very confident the ongoing theatrical exhibition situation will improve much in time for the release of our awaited films Sooryavanshi and 83 this Diwali and Christmas, respectively. Looking ahead at celebrating the blockbusters in Cinemas with our audience everywhere''Sooryavanshi' starring Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif has been directed by Rohit Shetty. '83' starring Ranveer Singh as former Indian skipper Kapil Dev, has been directed by Kabir Khan.
