Raazi: Presenting Alia Bhatt in another knock-out performance as an Indian spy

The trailer of the Alia Bhatt-Vicky Kaushal starrer 'Raazi' is out and fans will get to see their favorite actress like never before.Inspired from true events during the Indo-Pak war in 1971, as interpreted in the book, 'Calling Sehmat', 'Raazi' stars Alia as Sehmat, an Indian daughter, who is married off to a Pakistani army officer played by Vicky. so that she can trace important intelligence information that might prove to be dangerous against her country. How she gets caught in the cross-fire between duty towards the country and her love for a man, forms the crux of 'Raazi'.It's always been a treat to watch Alia take on unconventional roles, be it 'Highway', 'Udta Punjab' or 'Dear Zindagi'. From the rushes of the trailer, one can be assured that Alia has a lot more surprises, up her sleeve.Directed by Meghna Gulzar, who last helmed the widely-appreciated 'Talvar', 'Raazi' is jointly produced by Junglee Pictures and Dharma Productions.
