Mouni Roy signs her third mainstream film opposite John Abraham

After bagging Excel Entertainment's 'Gold' and Ayan Mukherji's 'Brahmastra', Mouni Roy has scored a hat-trick by signing up her third film, 'RAW: Romeo Akbar Walter' opposite John Abraham.Confirming the news to a leading daily, Roy quoted, 'This film just happened". I went for a meeting and the team instantly felt I suited the character as I have an old-world vibe. They offered me the role and I immediately said 39yes39. I wasn39t happy with the other offers I got around the time but I am excited about this film.'Speaking about her excitement to work with John, the actress adds, "I love John sir39s work. He has an intimidating personality but everyone says wonderful things about him."'RAW: Romeo Akbar Walter' is being helmed by Robby Grewal, who has earlier directed 'Samay: When Time Strikes', 'MP3: Mera Pehla Pehla Pyaar' and 'Aloo Chaat'. The film is said to be inspired by true events and will see John play a RAW agent.
