#Kaalakaandi: The film is reminiscent of Delhi Belly with a hilarious Saif

Writer of 'Delhi Belly', Akshat Verma brings dark and crude comedy once again with his directorial debut 'Kaalakandi'.Featuring Saif Ali Khan alongwith an ensemble cast including Vijay Raaz, Deepak Dobriyal, Sobhita Dhulipala, Kunaal Roy Kapur, Amyra Dastur, Isha Talwar, Shenaz Treasurywala, Nary Singh and Akshay Oberoi, 'Kaalakandi' is very much similar to 'Delhi Belly' in terms of dialogues and treatment. The only difference being that the film is based in Mumbai.But the movie promises to bring Saif back to his A-game in comedy. Possessing one-liners that are laugh-worthy, Saif is a total hoot in the trailer.Equally compelling are Vijay Raaz and Deepak Dobriyal, who can light up the screen with their mere presence. Sobhita Dhulipala, who was very promising in 'Raman Raghav 2.0' and had a bit role in 'Chef', will get to flex her comic muscles in the film. Kunaal Roy Kapoor, who was so credible in 'Delhi Belly' looks fit and fabulous in the new film. Akshay Oberoi, who plays Saif's brother, will be the one to watch out for.Produced by Cinestaan Film Company and Flying Unicorn Entertainment, 'Kaalakandi' is slated to release on January 12th, 2018.
