After the turnaround succes of 'Airlift', director Raja Menon is all set to remake Jon Favreau's 'Chef'.To play the lead role, the director has roped in the suave and stylish Saif Ali Khan who will don the hat of a chef and will be seen driving through five cities in the country.While the scripting of the film is in its final stage, Saif is training to get the nuances of a chef right. 'Chef' is a remake of the 2014 film written and directed by Jon Favreau that starred Robert Downey Jr, Sofia Vegara, Scarlett Johnansson and Dustin Hoffman. It revolves around a professional chef, who quits his job at a popular Los Angeles restaurant after refusing to compromise his creative integrity to its owner, and launches a food truck with his friend and son.Saif has earlier played an uber cool chef in 2005's 'Salaam Namaste' and even earned a Filmfare nomination for Best Actor.Guess this remake could ring in the good times for the actor once again.
