Emergency Teaser Released: Kangana Nails The Look Of Former PM Indira Gandhi

Kangana Ranaut has recently unveiled the look of her upcoming and much-awaited film Emergency. The film is set to be made under the banner of Manikarnika Productions, a production house owned by her. The film is now undergoing the shooting process. In the film, Kangana will be seen in the role of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi.

Kangana shared a movie poster on her Instagram handle and captioned the poster, 'Presenting #EmergencyFirstLook! Portraying one of the most powerful and controversial women in the history of the worldhellip..#Emergency shoot begins'

In the next few moments, she shared the first teaser of the movie. In the video, Kangana, who portrays the role of Indira Gandhi, is seen reading some official files, when a staff member comes inside the office and asks her if she can be referred to as 'madam' by the President of America. She then responds by saying okay but inform the president that in my office, people refer to me as 'sir' and not 'madam.'

In the teaser Kangana's transformation is unrecognizable. She has not just transformed her appearance but also she has worked on her voice modulations to get into character. While sharing the teaser, she wrote, 'Presenting 'Her' who was called 'Sir'...#Emergency shoot begins.' After the teaser went live, netizens praised Kangana and called her the best actress.

The movie 'Emergency' is written by Ritesh Shah, who also wrote the actress's last project Dhaakad.
