Alia Bhatt goes three shades darker in `Udta Punjab`

Actress Alia Bhatt will be seen in an unusual avatar in her upcoming film Udta Punjab. She will be seen sporting a darker skin tone.Alia plays the role of a Bihari girl in the Abhishek Chaubey directorial, which also stars Shahid Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor and Diljit Dosanjh.Apart from the lingo and her body language, Alia has decided to go for a darker skin tone to match her character, read a statement.She will be seen in a wheatish skin tone in the film. Udta Punjab is set to release on June 17.
